As a Sales Phone Representative, you will play a crucial role in engaging with warm incoming leads and managing them in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. You will be the first point of contact for potential customers interested in our comprehensive residential and commercial solar solutions, energy storage options, home insulation, and high-efficiency heating and pool pump systems. Through your effective communication skills and product knowledge, you will be instrumental in driving customer interest, providing information, and converting leads into satisfied clients.

The hours for this role can be flexible, we are ideally targeting Wednesday - Friday 2 pm to 7:30 pm and Saturday & Sunday from 9 am to 3 pm. This role it technically part-time but we would consider a full-time option for the right candidate. This role will have some in-person requirements during training, however remote work is allowed for candidates who reside within the state of Arizona.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead Engagement: Handle incoming phone calls from potential customers professionally and courteously. Engage with warmth and enthusiasm to build rapport and establish trust.
  • Lead Qualification: Assess customer needs and preferences to determine the best-fit solar solution for their unique requirements. Identify and qualify potential leads based on established criteria.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our product portfolio, including solar solutions, energy storage options, home insulation, and high-efficiency heating and pool pump systems.
  • CRM Management: Accurately record lead details and interactions and update the CRM system in real-time. Ensure data integrity and organization for efficient follow-up.
  • Customer Education: Provide detailed information about our services, products, and benefits, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and objections professionally and persuasively.
  • Lead Conversion: Effectively communicate the value proposition of our solar solutions, creating a compelling case for customers to choose [Company Name]. Guide leads through the sales process, converting them into satisfied clients.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with our sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure smooth lead handoff and customer journey.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication and active listening skills to understand customer needs and effectively convey information.
  • Sales Experience: Previous experience in phone-based sales or customer service is desirable. Ability to handle objections and confidently close sales.
  • Product Knowledge: Familiarity with solar energy solutions or related products is advantageous—willingness to learn and stay updated with the latest advancements in renewable energy technologies.
  • CRM Experience: Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) (Hubspot) software to manage leads and customer interactions.
  • Positive Attitude: A positive, enthusiastic, and proactive approach to work, delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Time Management: Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks, follow up with leads, and meet sales targets.
